1. Nothing is shipped
AptoAir is a software-as-a-service product operated by Credible Arena Pvt. Ltd.. We do not sell or ship physical goods of any kind. No courier, no tracking number, no shipping charges — and therefore no shipping-related delays, damage or returns.
2. How your purchase is delivered
- Subscriptions — activated on your account electronically, normally within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed by the payment gateway. You will see the active plan under Settings → Billing, and a receipt is emailed to your registered email address.
- Prepaid wallet top-ups — credited to your account's wallet electronically, normally within a few minutes of payment confirmation. The balance is visible in the app immediately after crediting.
- The free trial — activated instantly at signup, with no payment required.
3. If your purchase has not arrived
In rare cases a payment succeeds but confirmation from the gateway is delayed. If your plan is not active or your wallet is not credited within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@aptoair.com from your registered account email with the transaction reference. We will locate the payment and either deliver the purchase or reverse the debit as a payment-processing error under our cancellation & refund policy.
4. Access requirements
The service is used through a web browser and our mobile application. You are responsible for your own internet connection and devices, and — for WhatsApp features — for the phone number you register with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Charges billed by Meta for conversations are separate and are explained in WhatsApp conversation charges.
