Email gets ignored. WhatsApp gets read.
That is exactly why Meta guards it. You can only broadcast using templates they have approved, only to people who opted in, and every marketing conversation carries a fee. Used well, it is the highest-response channel most businesses have. Used badly, you get blocked. This tool is built to keep you on the right side of that line.
Send to a phonebook, not a spreadsheet
Contacts live in phonebooks you can build by import, by tag, or automatically from your store. Because segments come from real contact data — tags, custom fields, order history — you can send the right message to the right slice instead of blasting everyone and hoping.
- Import contacts from CSV, with your own custom fields
- Group by tags such as “vip”, “repeat” or “cod-risky”
- Store customers synced automatically, with spend and order counts
- Reuse a phonebook across campaigns, or build one per send
Every message written for one person
Template variables are filled per recipient from that contact's own record — first name, order number, appointment time, city, or any custom field you have defined. One campaign, thousands of individually-correct messages.
- Fill variables from name, mobile, email, company or custom data
- Preview exactly what a given contact will receive before you send
- Media headers — an image or PDF at the top of the message
- Buttons that link out or trigger a reply back into your automations
Template: “Hi {{1}}, your order {{2}} ships today. Track it here: {{3}}”
Meena receives: “Hi Meena, your order #1042 ships today…”
Arjun receives: “Hi Arjun, your order #1043 ships today…”
Built to survive a big send
Campaigns are processed by dedicated workers with controlled concurrency, so a large send does not slow down your inbox or your automations. Recipients are claimed atomically before sending, which means a restart or a retry cannot double-message anyone. Temporary failures are retried on a schedule you set; permanent ones, like an invalid number, are not retried at all.
- Per-recipient status: pending, sent, delivered, read or failed
- Automatic retry of temporary failures, with your own interval and limit
- Permanent failures such as invalid numbers are never retried
- Counters derived from the actual send log, so the numbers reconcile
- Cancel a campaign mid-flight
Replies come back with the message attached
Every campaign message is written into that customer's own conversation in the inbox, badged as a campaign. So when someone replies “how much?”, the agent — and the AI — can see the exact message they are replying to. No more guessing which of three offers a one-word reply refers to.
- Campaign messages appear in the customer's normal WhatsApp thread
- Labelled “Campaign” so nobody mistakes it for a colleague's message
- Your AI reads it as context before answering the reply
- Replies land in the same inbox as everything else
