Two native integrations, and one generic door that works with everything else.
What you get
Four things that change the day you connect
These are not add-ons. Connecting the store switches them on.

What each platform can and cannot do
Where a platform is missing something, that is a limitation of the platform — and we would rather show it than let you find out later.

Safety
Connected carefully, disconnected cleanly
You are handing over keys to your store, so it is worth knowing what happens to them.
- Credentials are encrypted before they are stored, and only ever used to talk to your store
- Every incoming webhook is signature-verified; unsigned or tampered requests are rejected
- A repeated event is recognised and skipped, so nobody gets messaged twice
- Disconnecting removes the webhooks we created in your store
- A per-day message cap protects your number if something upstream goes wrong
Before you connect
- 1Be on the Growth or Pro plan — store integrations are part of both.
- 2Have at least one approved utility template for order updates, so messages reach customers outside the 24-hour window.
- 3Know which order events you want to message about. You can turn each on or off.
- 4Have an admin login for your store, since you will generate the keys yourself.
Questions
Before you connect
Growth includes store integrations, order updates, COD confirmation and customer sync. Pro adds abandoned-cart recovery, the AI store tools and multiple stores.
Not for WooCommerce or Shopify. You generate credentials in your own admin and paste them in; we register the webhooks through the API. Only custom platforms need code.
No. We import recent orders and products so the AI has context, but only events that happen after you connect trigger messages.
Yes. Each event — created, paid, shipped, delivered, cancelled — can be turned on or off, and each is mapped to a template you choose.
That is exactly why you map templates. A mapped approved template reaches them regardless. Without one, the message is only sent if the customer is already in an open conversation, and the reason is recorded honestly in the event log.
