AI agent

An AI that knows your business, not just the internet

Describe how it should speak, feed it your policies and price lists, point it at pages on your site — and it answers customers in your words. When it is out of its depth, or the customer asks for a person, it hands over cleanly.

“Friday 4pm is free — shall I move it?”

Or hands over

Notifies a teammate, with the full thread.

Same agent on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website.

Most “AI chatbots” are decision trees wearing a costume

If a customer phrases something the builder did not anticipate, a keyword bot falls over. This is a real language model with your business context attached — so “where's my stuff?”, “kahan hai mera order”, and “order status pls” all get the same correct answer, without you writing three rules.

Its personality

Write the brief, not the script

You describe the agent's job in plain English — who you are, what tone to use, what it must never say, when to escalate. There is no dialogue tree to maintain. Change the brief and the behaviour changes on the next message.

  • A system prompt in your own words, as long or short as you like
  • Temperature control — from strictly factual to more conversational
  • A cap on reply length, so answers stay WhatsApp-sized
  • Choose how many previous messages it reads before answering
A brief that works

“You are Ravi, support for a kitchenware brand in Jaipur. Be warm and brief.

Never invent delivery dates — check the order tool. Never discuss competitors.

If the customer is upset or asks for a person, hand over immediately.”

Its knowledge

Upload what it should know

Attach your return policy, price list, service catalogue or FAQ as documents, and list the pages on your website it may quote from. The agent reads them when it needs to, rather than guessing — and because it is reading your material, the answers match what your team would say.

  • Upload PDFs and documents it can reference
  • Point it at specific URLs it is allowed to read and quote
  • Attach files it can send to customers — a brochure, a policy, a price list
  • It cites what it sends, so customers get the real document, not a paraphrase
Its range

It is not a shopping bot — it does whatever you brief it to

Nothing about the agent is retail-specific. The same feature answers admissions questions for a coaching institute, reschedules appointments for a clinic, qualifies site visits for an estate agent and sends itineraries for a tour operator. What changes is the brief you write and the documents you upload, not the software.

  • Bookings and appointments — offer slots, confirm, reschedule
  • Enquiries and qualification — ask the two questions that matter, then route
  • Policy and pricing questions — answered from the documents you uploaded
  • Out-of-hours cover — an honest, useful answer instead of silence
  • Follow-ups — nudge once, then hand to a person
Can I move my appointment to Friday?
AI agent
Friday 4pm is free — shall I move it? I'll send a confirmation.

One AI agent. You decide what it knows and what it does.

Its reach

On the Pro plan, it can also read your store

If you do sell online, connecting WooCommerce or Shopify gives the agent real tools rather than more text. It can look up an order by number or phone and answer with the live status and tracking link. It can search your catalogue and reply with products, prices and links. It can check stock and offer a back-in-stock alert. These are the questions that make up most of a store's inbox, answered at 2am without anybody awake.

  • “Where is my order?” — answered with the real courier and tracking link
  • “Do you have this in red under ₹2,000?” — answered from your live catalogue
  • “Is it back in stock?” — with an alert offered if it is not
  • Order lookups are locked to the customer asking, so nobody can fish for someone else's order

Knowing its limits

Handing over is a feature, not a failure

The agent is instructed to escalate when it cannot help, when the customer asks for a person, or when the conversation turns sour. Handover pauses the AI on that conversation and notifies your team — and because every message is in one thread, the agent picking it up can read exactly what was already said.

  • Escalates on request, on doubt, or on your own rules
  • Notify a specific teammate, or round-robin your team
  • The AI stops on that chat until a human releases it
  • A poor review or an angry message can pause automation automatically

Cost control

You choose how clever, and therefore how expensive

Several models are available, from an ultra-fast, very cheap one for routing and simple FAQs, through a balanced default, to a sharper model for multi-step conversations. You pick per automation, so a simple “what are your hours?” flow does not cost the same as a complex sales conversation. Usage is metered per message and drawn from a prepaid wallet — you can see exactly what each conversation cost.

  • Pick a model per automation, not one setting for the whole account
  • Every call is metered and shown in your usage history
  • Prepaid wallet — you can never get a surprise invoice
  • Set a low-balance alert, or top up automatically

What the agent can do in a reply

Plain answers

Natural replies in the language the customer wrote in.

Quick-reply buttons

Offer up to three tappable choices instead of asking them to type.

List menus

Present a menu of options for longer choices, native to WhatsApp.

Send documents

Attach the policy, brochure or invoice the customer asked for.

Send images & video

Show the product rather than describing it.

Read your web pages

Quote from pages you have explicitly allowed.

Look up orders

Real status and tracking from your connected store (Pro).

Search products

Answer catalogue questions with live prices and links (Pro).

Escalate

Hand to a named teammate, or round-robin the team.

The AI agent is included in every plan. Store-aware tools — order lookup, product search and stock checks — are part of the Pro plan, because they need a connected store.

Questions

Frequently asked

Several tiers are available inside the automation builder, ranging from a very fast and inexpensive model suited to routing and simple FAQs, to more capable models for longer, multi-step conversations. You choose per automation and can change it at any time.
Per message, from a prepaid wallet, based on how much text goes in and comes out. Simple replies cost a fraction of a rupee. The AI usage page explains the model and shows worked examples.
It is instructed to answer from the material you give it and to escalate rather than guess, and store lookups return real data from your store rather than generated text. No language model is perfect, which is why handover, human takeover and full conversation history all exist — you can always see exactly what it said.
Yes. It replies in the language the customer writes in, including Hinglish. You can also instruct it in the brief to always answer in a particular language.
Then do not add an AI block to your automations. Everything else — the shared inbox, campaigns, templates, order updates — works perfectly well without it.
